SumukhAI ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-supported workflow tools for founders and small businesses, including the SumukhAI web app at app.sumukhai.io and its GA4 Weekly Report tool. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have – including how we handle any data accessed through your Google Analytics account.
When you use SumukhAI, we collect:

Specifically: data we receive from your connected Google Analytics account is used only to generate the weekly report you've configured, is only accessible to you and to SumukhAI systems and personnel who need it to operate the service, and is never sold, never used for advertising, and never transferred to third parties except as required to provide the service you requested (for example, our hosting and database provider, described below).
You can revoke SumukhAI's access to your Google Analytics data at any time from your Google Account permissions page, or by contacting us to disconnect a business.
Your data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, on servers located in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to your businesses, report preferences, and connected Google Analytics tokens is restricted at the database level so that only your own logged-in account can read or modify them.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers required to run SumukhAI, currently:
We retain your account, business, and report preference data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect Google Analytics from a business, we delete the stored refresh token immediately. If you'd like your account and all associated data permanently deleted, contact us at the email below and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
You can, at any time: update your business details, disconnect Google Analytics from any business, change your report preferences, or request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
SumukhAI uses only the essential cookies required to keep you securely logged in and to complete the Google connection process. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies within the app.
SumukhAI is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy as SumukhAI evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
