Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sumukhai.io, its free visibility tools, and the GA4 Weekly Report product delivered through app.sumukhai.io ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
1. The Service
SumukhAI is an AI search visibility partner offering services across Search Visibility, AI Visibility, Brand Trust and Digital Experience, alongside free diagnostic tools and GA4 Weekly Report, a subscription product delivered through app.sumukhai.io that connects a business's Google Analytics 4 property and sends an automated weekly report by email based on preferences you configure. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
The AI Visibility Checker and SEO Health Check are provided free, for informational purposes, with no account required. Results are generated live from third-party data (Google's PageSpeed Insights and OpenAI) and are a snapshot, not a guarantee of ranking, placement, or performance in any search engine or AI system. Fair use applies; automated or excessive querying of these tools may be rate-limited or blocked.
3. Accounts
If you sign up for GA4 Weekly Report, you must provide accurate information (full name, email, and WhatsApp number) when creating your app.sumukhai.io account, and you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Connecting Google Analytics
When you click "Connect Google Analytics" for a business, you'll be asked to grant SumukhAI read-only access to that Google Analytics 4 property via Google's sign-in flow. By granting this access, you confirm you're authorized to connect that property. You can disconnect this access at any time from your Google Account permissions or by contacting us, and doing so will stop future reports for that business. 5. Free Trial, Billing & Cancellation
GA4 Weekly Report includes a 30-day free trial with full access, no credit card required and no payment collected at any point during the trial. After the trial ends, reports pause until you choose a paid plan; we will never charge you automatically without you taking that action. Paid plans are billed at the rate shown at signup for the interval you choose, on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing and future reports, but we don't provide refunds for time already paid for, except where required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another user's account or data; connect a Google Analytics property you're not authorized to access; submit the free tools to abusive, automated, or excessive querying; reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Services without our written permission; or interfere with the Services' normal operation.
7. Intellectual Property
SumukhAI and its branding, design, methodology (including "The Visibility Engine™") and underlying software are owned by SumukhAI. You retain ownership of your own business data and any Google Analytics data accessed on your behalf; we only use it to provide the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that report data or free-tool results will always be complete or delivered exactly on schedule. We make no promises about specific rankings, placements, or mentions in any search engine or AI system. Visibility outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platforms that change without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SumukhAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts or access that violate these Terms, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you before doing so except in cases of serious or repeated violations.
11. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may also be communicated by email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
